I get an automatic summary, don't have to go looking for it I manually check a few different apps or dashboards I only really look when something feels off I don't track it in any real way

Scheduled/batched in advance, runs mostly on its own I sit down and write/post each one when I get to it I post whenever I remember to, no real system I don't post consistently at all

Automated scheduling link, no back and forth A few messages back and forth to land on a time I just wing it and hope the timing works I avoid booking calls because of the hassle

Sorted/triaged automatically, I only deal with what matters I go through everything manually every day It piles up and I deal with it in batches It's honestly a mess most of the time
